  Burnout doesn’t always happen all at once. Sometimes it builds quietly while we’re meeting deadlines, supporting teams, managing uncertainty, and helping everyone else navigate change.

  We’ll talk about the moments when pushing through stops working. The signs we often ignore. The pressure to keep showing up when our energy is running low. And most importantly, how we begin to reset, rebuild, and reconnect with what matters.

  Together, we’ll explore:
