Kelly is an organizational effectiveness executive with over twenty years of experience supporting companies’ efforts driving organizational design, merger integration, transformation, and change management. He is currently the Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Change at Johnson Controls. He is Prosci Advanced Instructor Certified, holds an MBA, MSM in Organizational Design & Development and Change Leadership, and is currently working on his PhD in IO Psychology.”

Kate is a communications professional with a passion for helping organizations creatively solve big and small business problems by finding their authentic voice. With more than thirty years in the technology industry, she has led the communications strategy that enabled her organizations to thrive amidst internal and external change. She has a bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Political Science from Syracuse University and is working on a Master's in Marketing Management at the University of Maryland. She lives in Raleigh, NC
Cindy is a Lead Change Manager with experience in digital transformation products for the utility industry. She is CCMP and Prosci certified and holds a Master of Organizational and Industrial Psychology degree.
Amy Leme Amy is a Prosci certified Change Manager with international experience in ERP implementations and business transformation. She received her BA in Business from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Vanderbilt. She has worked in both client services and internally, as she is now doing at SAS. Amy resides in Raleigh, NC.
Caroline is a leadership coach with a passion for helping organizations through change. She is the Director of Organizational Strategy at CEEK, specializes in Organizational Development and Change Management. She has an MS in public policy and peacekeeping operations from George Mason University.
