The Final Stage of Our 2026 ACMP × ICF Carolinas Learning Arc: Integration

The ACMP × ICF Carolinas collaboration continues — and this time, we’re bringing our 2026 Learning Arc full circle.

Over the course of this year, our joint learning journey has intentionally progressed through four stages:

Kickoff — The Power of Both
Why coaching and change management naturally intersect in creating more human-centered transformation.

Tier 1: Foundation — From Resistance to Readiness
The neuroscience behind resistance, readiness, trust, and the human response to change.

Tier 2: Application — From Insight to Action
How coaching and change management can be applied together in practical organizational and individual change scenarios.

And now we move into our final stage:

Tier 3: Integration

Advancing Transformation: Integrating Coaching and Change

Change is no longer something organizations experience occasionally — it has become a constant.

Organizations need more than effective approaches for implementing individual changes. They need leaders, teams, and employees who can continually adapt, learn, navigate uncertainty, and build resilience.

That is where the complementary strengths of coaching and organizational change management become especially powerful.

In this forward-looking panel discussion, coaching and change management thought leaders will explore what becomes possible when these disciplines move beyond working alongside one another and begin operating as a more integrated capability.

Together, we’ll examine how organizations can build the leadership capability, adaptability, and human-centered practices needed to thrive in an environment of continuous transformation.

This session is designed for coaches, change practitioners, leaders, HR and organizational development professionals, consultants, and anyone helping individuals or organizations navigate complex change.

What We’ll Explore

Participants will hear perspectives on:

  • How coaching and change management can work together as an integrated transformation capability

  • What leaders and organizations need to build greater adaptability and resilience

  • How coaching can strengthen the human side of organizational transformation

  • Where change management provides the structure needed to scale and sustain change

  • What the future may look like as the coaching and change management professions continue to converge

  • Practical considerations for building organizational capacity for continuous change
